Training Provided for 60 Art Studios in South Jakarta

South Jakarta Culture Sub-department (Sudinbud) facilitates 60 art studios to participate in the training at Sotis Hotel, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru.

South Jakarta Culture Sub-department Head, Pupla Dirdjaja conveyed, his side provided various classes such as painting, fine arts, handicraft, dance, theater, stage set, and entrepreneurship.

Through this training, he expected art studios in South Jakarta have socio-cultural values and norms that underlie the thought and behavior of the citizens.

"Let us commit to make art studios stand firm and develop as hosts in the country," he stated.

Meanwhile, South Jakarta Mayor, Marullah Matali appreciated training that was given for those art studios.

"Acts taken by South Jakarta Culture Sub-department are very appropriate in preserving Betawi culture," he asserted.
